nano does not start

I haven't updated nano for a long time, the last version that works is 8225, today I wanted to update, but after the update, the command window opens for a split second and does not start, I downloaded the stable version from the site and the beta also does not starts,on a PC win7 64 and a laptop  win7 64
but on another laptop, Windows 10 starts, what could be the problem?

Hello everyone,
I found a solution to the problem of not opening the .exe file
after a long search on the Internet I found this
https://github.com/stunndard/golangwin7patch/releases
I don't know what GO is, but after patching the .exe file, the file started and everything works

You are correct, newer golang builds does not support win 7 anymore.
