controller board tft lcd bad working

LCD, that came wtih nanodlp controller board doesnt work correctly. LED on button turns leds on, but LED off doesnt do what it should.
Please, provide correct tft file for reflashinf (lcd is tjc 3.5"). Aliexpress manufactures doesnt respond to my mails.
