Changing the settings in the browser nanodlp doesn't change anything

Hi

I am trying to set the axis movements right, but now all is 2,5x the commanded. If I try to move 10mm up, it goes 25mm. I set the pitch of the screw correct (from 2 to 5) but no change. I changed the microstepping settings - no change. I saved the settings and restarted, but the movements are still the same.

When I export the settings, they look fine. Status prompt shows that data moves when I save settings (according to the time stamp), but for example saving the lead screw pitch setting returns a "stepper motor enabled" message (Might be normal though).

What gives? Why donät the real life movements change when I change the settings?
