TOFU carrier board for the Raspberry Pi 4 Compute Module

Are there any problems with using a board like the TOFU board with the Raspberry Pi 4 Compute Module(CM4)?

I do not expect any issue, but why you would choose this route?

I'm refitting a Shuffle 2018 and was trying to find a board with RPi3 layout with regards usb and ethernet for the rear panel.

The board has a usb on the side for the usb from the nanodlp board and one full sized hdmi on the side.
