Hello everyone, on my printer I use a raspberry pi 3B and a nanodlp card.
I had some problems recently with my printer. Some layers of my model are much smaller than expected. In the end I end up with a "flattened" model, half of the layers are much thinner while the other half is correct.
My hypothesis is that the engine loses its position during the printing process and reposition itself several times on the same layer.
I noticed that at the end of the printing process the engine doesn't know where it is anymore. When I give it a G1 Z0 command, it is shifted about 10mm from its zero (all my gcode is in absolute).
However my motor parameters are well set.
I don't know where the problem comes from...

gcode sequences are wrong on your settings

I have a similar problem.
Layers are bigger than expected the only way I see it happening is because the motor has an incorrect step.
Suggestions?

Fran,
It is different issue. If it always larger or smaller it is parameters setting issue on the RAMPS side.

Thanks Shahin,
How should I correct the RAMPS settings?

There are many axis parameters need to be corrected, but for our use case if you correct pulse-to-mm value it should be fine.
