It contains very basic python scripts to handle functionalities.
Based on what I see I am pretty sure nanodlp could be run on this board, whatever it is!
My guess is OrangePi with GRBL, so you need NanoDLP generic ARM version. Not sure about HMI. If you are serious need to inspect hardware closely.
