crashing and stop printing wanhao D7 1.5

unstable  wanhao D7 1.5 printers . prints 2-40 layers, then hangs and writes " Waiting for Z-move-comp response from RAMPS". Help please, I'm sick of it. I upload STL file already with supports, then slice to nanodlp. I look at the layers, it's okay. I start on the press and after a while hangs.

It is probably cable or hardware issue, change cable between ramps and rpi.
